Feeling burnt out? Do you feel like you're caring for the world and you need someone to care for you? A sound therapy session can help.
The use of sound and the singing bowl can help improve your health quality of the mind, body and spirit.
Singing bowls create a frequency that helps your body facilitate the flow of energy. Energy flow that is impaired can show up as physical, mental and spiritual body symptoms.
Singing bowl therapy can help adjust frequencies of each of the seven chakras.
